Item Details Percentage Scores for Export

The Item Details Percentage Scores for Export report is based on all assessments (designated for mastery and not designated for mastery) and provides the student percentage scores for each question in an assessment for the selected filter options.

Run Your Report

Select the Reports tab, and then choose the Item Details Percentage Scores for Export report.
Do one of the following:
Click Filters to focus your data results.
- Starting at the top, select the Dates filter options.
- Click the Schools open text filter field When you click in an open text filter field, it displays up to 100 selectable values based on your previous filter choices. You can also enter keywords or part of a name to immediately enable a search of a specific selection. and select one or more values.
- Click the Teachers open text filter field and select one or more teachers.
- Click the Classes open text filter field and select one or more classes.
- Click the Students open text filter field and select one or more students.
- Click the Program open text filter field and select one program. This filter is required.
- Click the Assessment open text filter field and select one assessment. This filter is required.

Click the (Filter) icon to use a previously saved set of filters for this report.
1. Select Load Filter.
2. Select the filter from the list, and then click Load.
Click Run to generate the report. Click Stop to cancel your request.
Optionally, to save new filter selections for future use:
1. Click the (Filter) icon, and select Save Filter.
2. Type a unique Filter Name, click Save, and then click Close.
  
  Filter names are case-sensitive.

Report Data Elements

Click any report column header to sort the report content by the data in that column.

Elements	Data Descriptions
Assessment	Name of the assessment.
Submit Date	Date and time of the assessment submitted by the student in UTC.
Question Number	Number of the question in the assessment.
Standard Code	Standard code(s) mapped to the question.
Student ID	Student identifier provided by the district when syncing from the district SIS student information system with EasyBridge. This value is district-specific and unique for the student.
Source ID	Student identifier provided by the district when syncing from the district SIS student information system with EasyBridge. This value is typically an alpha-numeric GUID globally unique identifier created by the district's SIS for each student.
Student	Name of the student. Click the student's name and select Show Student ID to see the student's user name and district SIS student information system student number and identification, if applicable.
District	Name of the district.
School	Name of the school.
Class	Name of the class.
Teacher	Name of the teacher.
% Score	Student score percentage on the specified question.
% Test Score	Student score percentage on the specified assessment.
